John Pearce

John Pearce has lived in Knaphill for many years and is an active voice in his local community. He understands residents’ concerns and is keen to be elected to Woking Borough Council so he can support and advocate for them. He is also concerned about the significant debt built up by the previous Conservative administration, which will affect the Council’s financial for many years to come.

With a background in risk and programme management, he has the strong skills required to tackle the enormous challenges ahead, as the new Liberal Democrat administration works to unpick the significant financial problems to enable the Council to provide high quality services to all residents in a financially efficient and sustainable way.

John is delighted to stand as the Liberal Democrat candidate for Knaphill in this May’s local elections, and to join the existing excellent Lib Dem team. A vote for John will help to ensure residents of Knaphill elect a visible and active local champion to represent them.
