Woking-born Leslie Rice is proud of his hometown and works closely with residents on planning and Green Belt issues, pushing for environmentally responsible, community-led decisions. A Chartered Management Accountant, Leslie has held senior leadership roles with UNICEF and international banking groups. His strong background in financial and risk management gives him the skills to scrutinise council operations effectively, ensuring high standards of transparency, accountability and ethical decision-making for local residents.
