Lance Spencer –Candidate for Goldsworth East and Horsell Village

Lance Spencer has lived locally for over 40 years and in Horsell for 15. Elected as a county councillor in 2021, he has focused on highways, children’s services and climate action, including delivering 20 mph zones locally. A former foster carer and trained debt coach, Lance brings real-world experience of supporting families under pressure. He is committed to strong community services, better SEND provision and practical climate solutions shaped with residents.
